Steeped in tradition; Southern Spain is the home of bull fights, the flamenco and some of the most exuberant fiestas found throughout the country. In short, all of those iconic images and traditions that help make the country famous.

Vera itself is made up of a timeless mountain village, well preserved since the 16th century architecture, and a lively beach resort – Vera Playa, 8km away.

The town is also conveniently located within easy reach of some of Southern Spain’s most interesting places.

This is the only place in Europe where you can ski in the mountains in the morning - and be on the beach in the afternoon!!

These are all the reasons why we fell in love with this wonderful place, and decided to buy our holiday home.
